Dreamforce 2022

In September 2022, Salesforce hosted our first large-scale Dreamforce, with 30,000 attendees, since before the pandemic.

I worked cross-collaboratively with the Commerce, Marketing, Platform, Tableau, and Industries teams to bring our ideas to life. We welcomed our Trailblazers home to San Francisco through engaging in-person experiences and innovative product launches. Commerce and Marketing Cloud featured Build-A-Bear as our headline customer throughout the event with print installations, keynote demonstrations, and a 360-degree photo booth. I was able to help showcase Build-A-Bear through my work on both print and digital signage, keynote slides, and styling the bears that we featured in our display (arguably, the most fun part of the job).

Across the event we highlighted our Trailblazers, featuring them in large-format signage that I helped design and distribute across all creative teams. I also developed digital and small-scale print signage to be featured in every cloud’s event space. I worked closely with LaunchXD (an agency) as well as our product marketing team to develop and execute keynote slides for the Commerce keynote presentation at the event as well.

We launched Salesforce Genie at Dreamforce 2022, which had a massive footprint at the event. I worked with the Platform team to help introduce Salesforce Genie to the world through interactive F1 activations, signage, and digital promotions.

Marketing Cloud highlighted their new mascot, Brandy the fox, in the combined Marketing, Commerce, and Tableau lodge with Brandy’s Burrow. I was able to help the Marketing team style the space and designed custom book covers to include on the desk.

Overall, I was able to work with several teams and participate in art directing, designing, brainstorming, and executing across print and digital media to help make this event a success.
