Full Circle Commerce: Retail Campaign

In order to target commerce cloud retail prospects, I led brainstorming efforts from development to execution for our retail campaign. The Commerce lead copywriter, Anna Wolak, and I developed the idea for full circle commerce, a campaign emphasizing how retailers can can connect with their shoppers and give their customers more reasons to choose them again and again.

The art direction for this campaign pushes the boundaries of the Salesforce brand through incorporating more colors, layering of visual elements, staggering the type, and tying in emojis to showcase social and slack engagement. I collaborated with motion designers to bring our ideas to life through rotating carousels of type, emojis floating into place, and Astro interacting with the scene. This design system has been widely shared within the creative organization at Salesforce and helped set the tone for other cloud creative teams to further explore within our brand.

I’ve worked with designers and writers internally and agencies externally, art directing them to build digital promotions for a variety of assets including web pages, webinars, demo videos, ebooks, and blogs. We partnered with the Industries Cloud team to develop a holiday look and feel, specific to this retail campaign, that that can be used to promote assets that help our customers prepare for their busiest season.
